Rates

• $150 for the intake assessment and $130 for the sessions following.
•  $180 for Couples/Family Session Intakes and $165 for sessions following.
• Alcohol/Drug Assessments are $375. This is an out of pocket expense as insurances do not reimburse.

Free Consults

Consultations are booked in 15-minute spots. We can either do a phone call or by video call. This will allow us to discuss your needs and see if my style of therapy matches what you are looking for. We know that this is an investment in yourself and we want to make sure that we could make progress together before taking fees. Please click the “consultation” option when booking an appointment.

Insurance

We accept Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, Selecthealth, EMI and Medicaid insurance. We also work with several contracts through Tooele County School District, Employee Assistant Programs, and Tooele Youth Services.

Payment

Cash, major credit cards, and Bishop/Clergy pay are all accepted payments.  

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a scheduled counseling session, a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your session is required. If prior and timely notification is not given, you will be charged a $75 fee for the missed session. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call. If no one answers when you call, please leave a message.
