All sessions, regardless of type, are 50 minutes and most effective once a week. Currently, we offer both in-person and telehealth services. These services are offered through platforms that are HIPPA compliant.

Individual Therapy provides services for people who are looking to create a healthy life. These services help by addressing concerns or specific issues that we, as individuals, experience. Individual counseling could help individuals by addressing and processing hurts from your past. It could focus on events that are currently happening in your life which may be overwhelming. These services could also assist with unresolved issues or themes in your life. Together, we will help you to utilize your experiences, tools, and strengths to create your best, balanced version of you.

Family Therapy is a service that involves more than one family member. Families can be complex. There is ‘no one size fits all’ and that’s okay! It can be with the whole family or just a few members of the family. Family therapy can assist with a variety of relationships such as parents who are co-parenting, blended families, parenting concerns, or specialized needs. Family therapy assists all family members to feel important, heard, and validated. It can assist you and your family in understanding each other, and the behaviors and cycles that happen in your family interactions and how to better create harmony and balance.

Couples Therapy can assist when feeling in a rut with your partner, despite the relationship status.
